Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Salebooth.co.uk. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The 14-day period starts once your order is delivered to the address provided.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received
  • Be in its original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories)
  • Include proof of purchase (order invoice or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

  • Custom-built or personalized bikes/products
  • Used, ridden, or assembled bikes (except in case of manufacturing defects)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper assembly
  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless defective)

4. Defective or Damaged Products If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will:

  • Offer a full refund, or
  • Send a replacement free of charge, or
  • Provide a repair option (where applicable)

5. Warranty Information All our products come with the following manufacturer warranty:

  • 2 years limited warranty on most components
  • 5 years limited warranty on the bike frame This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@salebooth.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for our approval (we will send you return instructions).
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return approval email.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.

7. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges (original shipping cost) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

8. Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items that are returned after 14 days
  • Items that show signs of use or missing parts
  • Items returned without original packaging

9. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the product has already been shipped, standard return policy will apply.

10. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless defective).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
